Chesterfield Express Plumbing takes plumbing requests by phone. This site does not have a contact form, an online booking tool or an email sign-up. That keeps what we collect small. This policy explains what a call may involve, how we use the information, how long we may keep it and how to reach us with questions.
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
What information a call may involve
When you call, we may ask for your name, your phone number, the street address where the work is needed and a description of the problem. We may also ask for access details, such as a gate code, the location of the main water valve or the name of a person who can let the plumber in.
You decide how much to tell us. Sharing less can make it harder to book a visit, because we cannot dispatch a plumber without a service address.
How we use what you tell us
We use call information to schedule and complete service. That means confirming that we can reach your address, sending the right plumber with the right tools, explaining the price before work starts and following up on the job afterward.
We may also use call recordings and notes to check that calls are handled well and to train the people who answer them. Recordings are not used to identify you for any other purpose.
Who may see your information
Information from your call goes to the dispatchers and plumbers who need it to handle your job.
We may disclose information when the law requires it, for example in response to a valid legal request. We do not use your call details for anything unrelated to your service.
Questions about this policy?
Call the line and ask. We will answer plainly.
How long we keep call information
We keep job records and call notes for as long as we reasonably need them. That covers completing your service, answering follow-up questions, handling any disagreement about the work and meeting ordinary business, tax and legal needs.
We have not set a fixed number of months on this page, and we would rather say so than guess. If you want to know what we hold about your call or ask us to remove it where we are able, call the line and ask.
Your choices and how to contact us
You can ask what we have recorded about your job, ask to correct a wrong address or phone number, or ask us to delete your call record where the law and our business needs allow. The way to do any of this is to call the 24/7 line and say that your question is about privacy.
Our Chesterfield Center address is an office location, so please call rather than visit. For help finding your way around the site, see the contact page or the terms of use.
Children and changes to this policy
Our line is meant for adults who own, rent or manage property. We do not knowingly take information from children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page. The version you see here is the one in effect when you read it.
